FCCGW’s Peer-to-Peer is a mentor-mentee mentoring program designed to provide social and emotional learning opportunities to participants, equipping them with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to achieve healthy and successful futures.

The mentee (1st to 10th grade) is a student who receives assistance for academic and social improvement from a mentor.

This bi-directional relationship allows many mentors to develop strong leadership skills and opportunities for empowering and rewarding experiences.
In contrast, the mentee can improve academically and feel more connected with the community through these positive and supportive relationships. Furthermore, the mentors who participated in this program are eligible to apply for the President's Volunteer Service Award by fulfilling the required hours.
